I absolutely love my new ensuite that Andrew and his team made happen for me. This wasn't just a re-fit - the bathroom footprint was increased, requiring a new bedroom wall to be installed. Andrew is incredibly responsive - meeting me within 24 hours of my initial enquiry and quickly fitting me into his work schedule. He listened to my requirements, supported me to source quality products that aligned with my taste, and helped me to see what I didn't know would make a high functioning bathroom (I love the underfloor heating!). I highly recommend Andrew's services - he oversees the entire project from start to finish, lines up all the contractors, and takes all the hassle and stress away from the customer. He also stays in regular communication, provides budget updates, and regularly checks in to ensure the project is progressing in the right way. Right from the beginning before the bathroom had even started, Andrew made regular contact and was so easy to deal with and chat to. Andrew and his team have just completed a complete refit of my bathroom and the result has been impressive in every respect. This largely due to Andrew's ability to explain clearly what would be involved and to keep me up to date at each stage of the operation. Everything was coordinated with no gap between one stage and the next.

My bathroom was in major need of an overhaul - however my experience of renovating and arranging tradesmen was very limited. It was a bit daunting and anxiety provoking. After searching the internet for people to do this work I contacted Andrew and he promptly arranged to come to my house and inspect the job.
